God
of love: You sent your Son, Jesus into the world to show how much you love the
world through his suffering and death on a cross. In gratitude for what Jesus
has done for us, help us to share this love each day with others by following
him in the way of the cross; through Jesus Christ, our Saviour and Lord, who
lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit; one God, now and forever.
